About Me

My Passion

I served 14 years as a Royal Marines Commando going through the worlds toughest military training from being a civilian. The marines taught me a lot about fitness, exercise, diet and mental health. I also qualified with a diploma in Personal training and Gym instruction with a certificate in nutritional advice in 2008.


Currently still serving as a Royal Navy Commando I want to pass my knowledge on and help my local community. I specialize in:

10/10 highly recommend. Wouldn’t choose anyone else, when you want to see change it doesn’t come easy.
You aren’t going to get the in your face shouting trainer but someone who supports and pushes you when you say you CANT.
If you put the trust in his faith you will see changes for sure and you will enjoy every second of it. Nothing comes easy but with Matthew it definitely worth it and you won’t regret it if you are willing to stick to it.
I went from not being able to do a press up and running 1.5 mile in over 18 minutes to cutting that down to just over 12 minutes and getting scores that pass army fitness standards which is what my aim was from the start.
Overall if you are willing to push through the hard days you will always have the support and backing to push yourself through what you think were your limits.

£4.50 per session or £42 for a 12 week pass

Small Group Bootcamp

Outdoors in parks, on the mountains and our local countryside. No more than 8 people at a time. Throughout the year experience a combination of Bootcamps and out door circuits ran in a 12 week rotation to help to measure progress. You can either sign up for a whole 12 weeks course to guarantee a place, or drop in and out when you like but be quick as those places are not guaranteed. If you sign up for 12 weeks course, you'll receive weekly circuit ideas to match the weeks sessions straight to your own inbox.

This will be a one hour session on a weekend with 3 personalized workouts per week sent to your inbox. You'll have goals set and progress tracked. Ill be here via email to help guide and train you between each meet.
